IP Whiz was conceived as a service to empower enforcement authorities to seize counterfeit products pro-actively.


Since February 2006, we have trained several thousand enforcement officers in:

  • Arabian Peninsula - UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Yemen
  • North Africa - Egypt, Libya, Ethiopia, Djibouti
  • Levant - Jordan, Lebanon, Syria
  • Latin America - Brazil, Paraguay, Panama
  • South Asia - Pakistan
  • East Asia - China

Officer feedback has guided our development of practical training and reporting tools, including an online database through which enforcement authorities can obtain quick product verification from brand owners.

Our biggest successes have been with Saudi Arabia Customs and Dubai Economic Development Dept, which now seize large quantities of counterfeits.

各地交流和培训得到的反馈促进了更加务实的内容和形式，还完善了提交报告的运用工具；数据库的运用极大提高了执法机关快速获得权利人鉴定产品的效率。

沙特海关和迪拜经济发展署主动查获了大量的侵权产品，它们是IP Whiz与执法机关成功交流合作的典范。
